The next salon will take place on Friday, Aug 28th at La Ciendita in Arcata. Please note the special location. We'll meet in the courtyard outside for a Vintage & Maker's Market from 4:30-6:30 and then transition to the Salon from 6:30-8:30. Space is limited so please reserve your tickets in advance.

From September through the end of the year, I'll be holding monthly mini rest retreats that take place around the new moon. These magical events include tarot, yin, yoga nidra, kirtan, and intention setting rituals. The next mini rest retreat will take place on Sunday, September 13th from 2-5 PM.  Tickets $55

From February 16th to March 16th, I'll be assisting my teacher Shyam Vallabhi Devi Dasi at the Yogendra ashram in Colombia. This is a beautiful opportunity to experience authentic ashram life, immerse yourself in the rituals of Bhakti, and deepen your studies of yoga therapy, Thai massage, and Ayurveda.
